Overview: A Flash animated vertical banner of our promotions’ winners. The banner would be in the form of scrolling frames with 35mm film style/feel.

Project details: - Each frame consists of a photo and two lines of text; first line is the name of the winner and his town/city, second line is the prize they won. - The banner is to retrieve images and text from a MySQL database. - Animation will have some interactivity using mouse; on mouse movement animation should change scrolling speed and scrolling direction. - The film strip will have to be modern sleek clean look (sometimes known as web2.0 style) rather than retro or realistic .

Deliverables: - Source files; Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator and PHP/other scripts(if any) etc… - *.Swf(or other format) file for publishing the Flash Film Strip and PHP script or any other script or file to link animation to database(if any) . - Instructions of how implement the Flash Film Strip, linked to the database and how to make some basic amends.

Revisions: Number of revisions to be discussed with candidate before work commences.
