Graphics design allrounder for web graphics and software UI/UX

Budget: $2,500 to $5,000

We're looking for a reliable part time graphics designer with skills in several areas:

* Web: Creating website elements, product pages, landing pages, banners, infographics, facebook pages, newsletters, illustrations, etc. Main challenge is to keep the website looking fresh on the long run. Make improvements on web pages. Create graphics material for different internal and external use. Optimize user experience. Knowing NLP techniques is a plus. Includes online marketing activities.
 
* Software: GUI elements, skinned controls, user experience. Keep up with industry changes such as moving to Win8/Metro style guidelines. Create icons. Work on new usability concepts with our team of professionals.
 
The job is about 10-20 hours per week. Long term. We require good availability, the deadlines are usually short. Good English language skills are required to understand the specifications and to stay connected with the team.
