WordPress/PHP Developer (freelance and possible full-time)

We are looking for an experienced PHP developer who has some serious WordPress game to help us on an ongoing basis. We have immediate work and ideally want to find a long-term partner with the possibility of full-time employment if they are interested. We are looking for an individual that:

Is efficient, reliable and proactive
Has clean, compliant, and cross-browser friendly code
Meshes well with our team

Technical skills we need:

Working from PSD designs
PHP
MySQL
HTML5/CSS3
jQuery/Javascript
Custom WordPress development expertise including developing custom taxonomies and custom meta

Extra credit for:

Responsive design and mobile site development experience
