Freelance Writer: Food Critic for Hot Sauce

We are an online publication looking for some freelancers to write several honest reviews (positive or negative) of different hot sauces. We are are looking for thoughtful critique from those who are interested in the subject matter.

• You must love hot sauce and have access to various bottles to review, whether this is your own collection or an establishment where they are available.
• You will review the sauce in the 5 areas of taste, aroma, looks/consistency, heat, and label, plus your general summary/final thoughts. Your text will be under these 6 headings, so you will not need a full article structure with intro/closing/etc.
• Each review would be around 200 to 400 words
