POSITION DESCRIPTION: This position is responsible for implementing websites designed by the design team; working closely with the design team to ensure designs are translated accurately, testing websites, and communicating changes to critical users. Implementers must work in a fast paced team-oriented environment with the ability to work independently. Implementers must be extremely organized, have the ability to work on multiple projects at once, excellent time management skills in order to meet aggressive deadlines, strong attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.

DUTIES: • Implementation of site/store designs • Conduct Training calls with clients • Troubleshoot errors that arise during implementation process • Create solutions per client requests • Provide Quality Assurance process on each implementation • Provide internal training for design team • Assist .Net Developers with software interface design • Provide the departmental interface between design and implementation • Provide comparison for sales quotes of new design customers

SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS: • CSS (expert): Must be able to create clean table-less layouts using only CSS for presentation • Ajax (intermediate) • HTML (expert): Must know how to hand code and troubleshoot table based layouts • JavaScript (intermediate): Must be able to build drop down and pop-over menus • Macromedia Dreamweaver: Must have proficiency in use of the latest version • MS FrontPage: Must have proficiency in use of the latest version • Adobe PhotoShop (intermediate): Ability to manipulate and optimize graphics • Flash Action Scripting knowledge a bonus • General knowledge of server side technologies preferred
