Job description:
The purpose of this project is to build a mobile app for the Google Android OS. The mobile application with be reference book that will include more than 20,000 terms/definitions as well as maps and images. The end-user will have the ability to make bookmarks and notes as well as social sharing. Our target will be users that speak English, Spanish and Portuguese.

OS version for Android:
Android OS 2.3 (Gingerbread), Android OS 3.0 (Honeycomb), Android OS 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich)
Development of graphic design and UI elements:
I will provide the all assets.

Top app requirements: 
1 - The app needs to be native
2 - The app needs to be able to be used offline and have the ability to search offline
3 - Ability to be saved on the SD Card

Duration of post production support:
Once the application is developed, we will want to have the possibility to add/remove/update these terms/definitions. This can be discussed in detail with the chosen developer.

Additional comments:
Due to the nature of our business, confidentiality and choice of law it's utterly necessary that the developer be located within the US or any of it's territories. The developer must be willing to sign an NDA. The developer must be able to provide a project plan. This app will also be made for the iOS and maybe for Windows 8 (long term future goal), so if the developer also has experience in building cross-platform applications is a plus, though not requiered. This app must be optimized for the Nexus 7.
