Ambient AdvertisingJob Details
We are an Australia based advertising company interested in introducing a reporting component to the backend of our existing website. This would allow us to assign a unique login to supply to our clients so that they can view the locations of their campaign around Australia. Predominantly this would be a text based table which lists job number, address/site-location, quantity of product (eg. 2000 coffee cups at this café, or 5 street posters at this location), and date of posting. It will also have a field which allows users to click and see 2-3 photos of that site. They would be able to print this report and/or save it as a pdf. This will also include the ability for a user to click the address and have it appear as eg. a google map showing that all other site locations around Melbourne and mark which are active for their campaign.
There will need to be an administrator login for staff to use to enter the system. The system will need to be fast and easy for staff to keep updated. It shouldn’t take longer than 15-30mins for a staff member to log in and prepare a report for a client. Once a report is prepared staff should be able to click and have an auto generated email invite open in their email client which they can then send to the client.
The site is based in Joomla 1.5 and willl require relevant experience using this platform. PHP, HTML, CSS experience is also required.
The provider will be reporting to our existing webmaster.
