programmer and developer for custom wordpress theme

I am searching for a skilled programmer who can realize a wordpress theme of layouts that I created. I also have a website that is very close to what I wanna achieve. The theme is basically in need for an agency. It needs to have a Startpage with widget area, a portfolio section with a filter function and masonrye/ grid layout. And a blog section with masonrye / grid layout and feeds of twitter, instagramm, and so on...
There is also a bit of ajax required. I will explain in detail.
