I'm on the lookout for a freelance coder who I can partner with on projects. This individual (yes, I'm only looking for individuals, i.e. I do not want multiple person firms contacting me) will have the following skillset: html/css/javascript, implement psds into WordPress, reliable, i.e. reasonable timelines with daily communication and some knowledge of php.

Basically I need someone to bring my creative concepts alive!
