Budget: $500 to $1,000

We are looking for someone AVAILABLE, that we are gonna hire on a monthly bases (the budget price is what we would pay per month). We are creating various websites ourselves and need technical help. Someone who is able to: - develop plug-ins for CMS like Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal etc. - develop create Themes with various templates that are customizable by the final user (like Atahualpa on WP) - very skilled in DataBase creation and managament (for instance, create a plug in that ables us to create our own database without knowing about MySql. As reference: FilemakerPro software) - who knows well about streaming and embeding video or audio files, and fasten upload time of pages and media data.
Required: english speaking Preference: christian (we are a Christian Church, so our project would be better understood)
