Web Developer for Magento Store and Wordpress Site

Budget: $1,000 to $2,500

Please note, I am only interested in working with someone that speaks English as a primary language. I need to be able to communicate with you, and our work together needs to be impervious to grammer and punctuation errors. Please save us both time if this will be a problem. 
The scope of this project includes a clean Wordpress site, with a complimenting Magento store. What we are looking for is someone to build the theme for both! I'm a front-end designer, and will be doing most the artwork and pixel pushing required as well as project management. We simply need a strong developer with experience developing in both Wordpress and Magento that I can pass the artwork on to and they put together a successful theme for both that compliment each other.

The Project deadline is August 17th. We need to have both sites done and ready to launch. Quick project I know, but also a good opportunity to make money. I'll be working full time on this job - I expect the developer to be able to put the time required in to meet the deadline.
Side note, I work with a design firm and have numerous projects in this scope, from good US companies mainly in Southern California. I've been doing this for 13 years and have great results. I'd love to find a good developer that wants to work with me and we can both make a good living, as the clients here are endless. Cheers!
