Required – Wordpress theme designers who can deliver quality, professional looking themes.
Work: Single blog, Magazine style grid like homepage layout with internal pages.
Requirements: Knowledge of industrial standards, trends and rock solid browser compatible designs that are compatible to w3c standards. (Something like Freelanceswitch.com?)
Price: Can offer up to $500, Free reviews, Ad spots and link backs from a popular blog.
Time: One week preferably
Specific requirements: Navigation, Typography etc should be standard. SEO knowledge preferred. Should be able to discuss and suggest changes to the existing design. Should be welcome to changes and revisions.
