Lemonstand PHP Developer

Budget: $100 to $500

I am in need of a module for Lemonstand (http://www.lemonstandapp.com) that would parse the cart users with the Sales Rep group on them. Then on the front end of the store when they view the cart and checkout, the end user would select one of those sales reps.
Sales Reps are part of the Sales Rep group in the users. Maybe an option needs to go somewhere over there for people to choose which description is a Sales Rep. But for the purpose of getting this done for our client, we already know which role is needed for this. 
It would be nice for the sales rep to be associated to the customer not the orders. But maybe we would need some history there to see if a specific order is associated with a sales rep.  Eventually, we need to be able to add multiple sales reps to each order. Sometimes we have orders that are split between multiple sales reps and we need to figure out the commission. But for today, the most simplest approach would suffice and we can build on it in the future. 
Additionally we need to be able to have the sales reps information appear in: - Emails sent to customers- The My Account Section of the front end of the store- On the backend under customers- On the backend under orders- A report for who sold what so we can figure out commissions
Anyways, if you can give me a quote on this that would be great. We are in need of getting this done quickly. So please give me a time frame on completion.
