Budget: $2,500 to $5,000

I'm looking for a freelance web designer for periodic work on a variety of website projects. I run a one-man design firm and just have too much work to handle on my own. I'm looking for someone who is:

Reliable
Honest
Good communicator
Respectful of clients and deadlines
Focused on finding the best solutions for clients and making each job a portfolio piece

The ideal freelancer would have:

At least 2 years experience
Highly skilled with Photoshop
A style similar enough to mine that their work will mesh with that in my portfolio
Basic HTML/CSS skills would be a plus
Based out of a North American timezone

We will agree on budgets for projects before work begins. I can afford to pay a rate of $50/hr.
