Website Development Design and Initial SEO

Budget: $1,000 to $2,500

I need two websites built for a new business.  I don't have a whole lot of content so the two sites will be small.  The pacific fields properties website will be marketed towards home buyers and investors.  The utah property buyers website will be marketed towards sellers who are motivated to sell and are interested in a cash offer with a quick closing.  The budget is flexible up or down.  I am in the process of creating a logo which should be finallized in the next week or two.  My shortened business plan is buy properties (residential, commercial, or land) add value by rezoning, fixing up, tearing down, or new development and then selling in the retail market.  Its very important that I capture leads from the utah property buyers website.  Experience is required.  I like professional looking sites without flash on the front page.  An example of what I would like the pacific fields website format/content to be like is gorilla capital's website.  Although in the first year I won't sell a whole of properties this is a longer term goal.
