Online Marketing Campaign / Design

Budget: $100 to $500

I need a full online marketing campaign created for my health product. These are the items I need to have done.
1. Lead Capture page/Squeeze page
2. Email auto responses to that capture page campaign  (7 copy responses minimum)
3. Sales page/Thank You page and copy for that page.

The person I am looking for has done this, and knows exactly what I want and even has an idea of the best way to have this done to get the best conversions.
Capture page should be simple yet effective. Such as the headline and video integration with maybe short copy and then opt in above the fold or toward the right part of the screen.
Things like this, should be known and understood.

Please if you have any other suggestions, I am open minded.
