I'm looking for a Joomla knowledgeable Web Designer to possibly take over 2 clients/websites.

I am leaving Dubai, but these clients require assistance still please and would prefer to have somebody within Dubai that they can occasionally meet up with to discuss projects.

Freelancer should be able to converse confidently in English, be a Joomla Rockstar, a Design Groupie and over all web fan!
