Freelance designers & developers

Hey Freelancers,
My name is John Surdakowski, and I run a small web design company in Brooklyn, NY called Avex Designs. I love designing and developing for the web, messing around with Word Press, and trying out new technologies. 
Recently I have been getting a huge amount of requests for projects, that I just cannot handle on my own. So, I am looking for a few freelancers to help out with some projects. (Both for design AND development)
The ideal freelancers will have a knowledge of all the basic front end technologies, languages and programs:

• HTML (HTML5)
• CSS (CSS3)
• JavaScript - jQuery
• Word Press
• PHP
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• Flash (basic stuff, dont need an AS3.0 nut)
• MySql

I am also looking for designers as well. So if you dont code, no problem. 
You will be expected to follow web standards and best practices. You should be obsessed with semantics, familiar with grid systems, CSS frameworks, WordPress and all the new techniques. 
You check smashing magazine everyday, you have a subscription to .NET, you know who Jeffery Zeldman and Ethan Marcotte are...You read A Book Part's whole catalog. You make use of HTMl5 Boilerplate, You stack CSS fallbacks properly...You care about what your code looks like...
And designers: You appreciate white space, know what can and can't be done in the browser, Keep your layers neat...Always have the user in mind when designing the UI. Have a knowledge of typography, color schemes and know the difference between GOOD and BAD design.
