Illustrator to modify cartoon characters

Budget: $100 to $500

We are in need of 60 occupational characters and 15 occupational backgrounds. We would like to use the basic characters supplied at these links. We could even use some of the accessories that are provided. What we would need to have designed is accessories and ethnicity for the different jobs and backgrounds for the job sectors. You can see a list of all the characters needed at this site:http://www.myavcareer.com/jobs/

There are 4 jobs in each section. Each section will need a background, you could copy the ideas we had for these backgrounds on the original artwork, but it needs to look like the manga style provided in the links above.
