PSD Custimization and Layout Organization

Hello,
I need a creative freelancer to customize a PSD I have. It will be for the homepage only.  I would like the freelancer to put the layout together as if it were a business.  The business theme will be based on building Joomla and Wordpress Web sites.  I would like the following:

1. Customize slider with graphics and wording based on business
2. Customize footer color to match header
3. Design the layout to include important information related to the business/products
4. Add download/try it now buttons in the slider area
5. Add a social presence
6. Add a download counter
   
7. Keep it creative and clean.
