Coding Work Needed To Speed Up My Site

Right now my site (http://wegotthiscovered.com) is fairly quick but people have told me that with some coding and re-designing it could be faster. I'm looking for a web designer to help me fix up some slow points of my site and increase load time so that it loads super quick.
I know basic HTML, JS and CSS but I could still use some help.
