Front End Designer/WordPress Developer

Budget: $500 to $1,000

Sometimes the Sheep don’t sleep because we’re designing websites in our heads. Even so, we want our designers and developers to get good sleep, enjoy their own lives and have outside interests. We believe that people with rich lives are better at what they do - and much happier doing it.

We're looking for someone with:

• a passion for your work
  
• a sense of ownership of projects you work on
  
• a solid design background with an eye for details
  
• a love of good typography
  
• mid/expert level knowledge of WordPress: themes, the loop, plugins and custom post types
  
• ability to wrangle HTML/CSS3 by hand
  
• familiarity with jquery and ability to integrate scripts

Bonus points if you have:

• experience with responsive design
  
• experience working remotely or on your own
  
• experience with basecamp for project management
