Budget: $1,000 to $2,500

We're looking to establish long term relationships with freelance developers who are efficient and respond to emails/skype promptly. Needs to be detail oriented and self-directed individual who will work collaboratively with back-end developers, write high quality code, and recommend emerging technologies.

Required Skills:
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, browser compatibility.
- Knowledge of mobile/tablet browser compatibilities.
- Excellent experience with JS libraries like jQuery.
- Working knowledge of XML, XSLT, PHP and .NET.- Fluent in English

Pluses:
- Experience with responsive design and building mobile web sites.
- Experience with Google Analytics.
- Experience with SEO / SEM
