We don't want a Rockstar developer. What we want is someone who cares about writing beautiful and awesome code (we know highly subjective). The position we have available is part-time on a contract basis with the potential to expand into a full-time salaried position. Ideally we would like to find someone in Richmond, VA, but will consider anyone in the US.

We would love if you have experience working with ExpressionEngine. And we would super super love if you have experience writing custom add-ons for EE. And ... we would super super super love if you love Ruby/Rails.
