The Developer is responsible for customizing an existing theme in a WordPress based environment. In addition to pure WordPress development, you should have advanced skill with PHP, MySQL and other technologies.

Summary of essential project functions
•    Customize and modify Wordpress theme (and integration)
•    Optimize existing code to increase functionality and performance
•    Troubleshoot issues that arise

Minimum requirements & skills
•    Extensive development experience using PHP and MySQL (3-5 years)
•    BS in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
•    Expert proficiency with WordPress
•    Comfortable in a Linux environment
•    Familiarity with web scalability and cloud services
•    Well organized and self-motivated
•    SQL/PHP/HTML/CSS/JS are all second nature to you
•    Mobile responsive design and compatibility
