Budget: $500 to $1,000

Looking for a web designer to:
1) Take a few websites/concepts and incorporate them into a single site layout. Looking for a total of four pages designed for the website.
2) Create a simple, text-based logo that flows with the overall site design.
Payment dependent on output: We are willing to pay more for a final product in HTML than PSD, but both are welcomed. Please send a portfolio (links, not attachments please) with your inquiry.
