Budget: $100 to $500

Building a site for a design agency. I need a custom slideshow created. The main idea is to have two (2) images slide/fade in at a time instead of the usual one (1) at a time. Each image then has to be clickable to go to a specific project page and each image should have a hover effect (title). I have designs ready to send and site is built out except for this feature.
