Programmer / Developer for wordpress custom data filter / form / database integration

Budget: $1,000 to $2,500

We are looking for a programmer / developer that can create a functional browser side interface that will filter exam dates and data from a SQL database. The interface must also be able to tie in with a "checkout" system that allows users to register and pay for exam sessions online.We will also need the ability to export specific exam and user data from the database into columns in a microsoft xcel spreadsheet easily. This system should work in conjunction with a pre-existing wordpress cms. It is preferred that the developer live in Barcelona and speak at least Spanish or English, however, we are willing to make exceptions depending on the quality of work and how quickly the request can be completed. We are looking to have this complete by mid-June if possible.
