Web Designer Needed for Ongoing Projects

Budget: $1,000 to $2,500

SLD is searching for a talented web designer to join our team. This would be a freelance position with the possibility of more hours/projects in the future.  The majority of our projects require basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and are web based.
Skills Desired

Expert in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator. Experience with InDesign. 
Good knowledge base of CSS/HTML
Wireframing experience (not necessary, but preferred)
Email design experience 
Excellent typography skills (both print & web)
Ability to do some basic copywriting if required
 Must have a web portfolio/personal website
Ability to communicate during 9-5 hours
