Freelance Designer and Flash illustrators needed

We're a young-at-heart, inner-Melbourne-based company whose business model is unique in combining creative and marketing skills with database and Internet technology to provide end-to-end solutions to enhance the prospect experience - from developing commercial software applications to e-marketing and call centre services. We're looking to speak with designers that specialise in the digital domain, including web sites, flash animation and eDM/electronic newsletters. You will preferably have had around 5-10 years experience and be Melbourne-based. We're looking for designers who value the aesthetics of the design itself as much as ensuring that what is produced is functional and commercially realistic. This would suit a designer who is wanting to start, or is already running their own small business -- and would like a new client. We envision that we would work with you on a project by project basis, hence the 'freelance' nature of this posting. The projects will vary, and could range from logo design, online brochures/pdf, eDM, websites/microsites, flash animation, electronic newsletters and banners.
