Fulltime PHP Developer

Budget: $10,000 +

We are looking to add a fulltime PHP developer to our team.
We are a small team of developers who have built Wordpress plugins and Drupal 7 modules which are used by many websites. Your responsibilities will be to help maintain these plugins by adding new features and fixing bugs.

Your other responsibilities will be to create plugins/modules from scratch either for specific client requirements or based on our own internal ideas - allowing you to have creative & development freedom.Other tasks will include WP & Drupal standard web development - creating a website from scratch or modifying/maintaining an existing website. We have a network of about 100 sites we maintain.
Your work will be part of a development team so experience developers are required. Your code must meet our coding guidelines and will go through a code review. The review is not intended to criticize your work but to help review for bugs and ensure the best methods are used. 
We are based in Poland but will accept applicats from Anywhere. 
Please list details about specific project experiences and any relavant links. A code example with explanation of the requirements and the reasons for your design choices is preferred. References will likely be asked for if we are interested. Good English is a must.
We will also prefer applicants not only with good experience but with a fun attitude and a passion for their work. We like to have fun while we work and enjoy coming up with interesting solutions.
The usual experience is required:
 OOPHP, Wordpress, Drupal 7, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3

Please state your payment requirements and your daily availability. We are looking to pay someone a fulltime monthly salary for 8 hours a day of work, so if you are not available for fulltime please be clear about this.
We have set the budget to $10,000+ since we wish for a longterm relationship.
