wonderland ibiza project

Budget: $1,000 to $2,500

i'm looking for a very creative ( very ) outside of the box designer and programmer to help me quickly put together a website to promote our trip packages to wonderland Ibiza. 

pardon my lack of programming language as i will speak in simple laymen visionary terms and while i may lack the necessary programming skills to build the site myself, i have a very good idea of what technologies we should use and why. 
my preference is to work with an independent freelancer who has a lot of experience creating raw, organic, and beautiful web experiences. i don't want a corporate site; i want an experience. 
the concept is simple. i want a full screen video background ( I have the video ) with a transparent menu ( or similar ) overlay with 5-6 menu tabs to convey information.  you'll need to be able to cut/edit the video and audio.  the site will be primarily information, including a booking calendar w/paypal payment option, a contact form, galleries to showcase both photo and video, and information.
the site must be clearly optimized for seo ( and you must convey to me how you will accomplish this and why ) and for mobile platforms ( ipad/iphone )  is critical. 
i will aid in the conceptual /design aspect as i know almost exactly what i want, but will rely on your experience, your outside of the box thinking and creative talent to help me pull it all together. 
this site cannot look or feel anything boxy or corporate - in fact, i don't like boxes and borders .. i want the entire site to open, full screen, very simple and very clean, minimal yet very creative utilizing existing tools that we merge together to create an experience for the user. 
i don't believe we need to re-create the wheel .. there are countless existing scripts, tools, and resources available to the smart who can stitch them together seamlessly for a great user experience. 
i'll want to work with a freelancer who also has an energy or passion for electronic music and knows of Ibiza and in return for your best, i'll give you mine and invite you to wonderland for 1-2 weeks of free stay and play in Ibiza. 
the project will be ongoing and i'll need also to develop our real estate website once this smaller project is complete.
