Freelance Designer

PaperStreet is looking to add Freelance Designers to our Creative Team!
We are a leading web design firm in Florida, passionate about both our work and our play. We have designed more than 700 custom sites in the past 11 years! Check us out at http://www.paperstreet.com.
We are looking for someone who is talented, fun and passionate about the web.
What We Need in a Designer:
- Talent. Talent. Talent. Show us your Design Portfolio, we want to be wowed.
- Work with our Creative Director to develop exceptional web designs and collateral.
- Ability to nail deadlines and budgets.
- Communicate and collaborate on ideas with our team and clients.
- Keep up to date on cutting edge technology/trends and its impact on design.
Minimum Requirements:
- A Kick-Butt Portfolio.
- 2+ years experience in relevant fields with exceptional web design and/or print portfolio.
- Excellent knowledge with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other design programs.
- Relevant education and training in design field with solid typography and graphic design skills.
- Must be team oriented, but self-motivated.
- Can work from anywhere, so long as you have email, phone and a webcam.
Here’s what’s in it for you:
Great projects. Great pay. Note that the listing's pay is variable per project. Some projects will be $500 for a simple home page design, some several thousand dollars for a complete mockup. It really all depends on your dependability, talent and amount of work on the project. We want talent and willing to pay for people who are good to work with.
Also you have the ability to advance to a full-time employee, if you desire. We have multiple projects to work on at PaperStreet and want the best from our team. We do all the detail work in signing clients, setting up the creative, and dealing with issues. We need you to help execute our plans with award winning designs.
