Budget: $500 to $1,000

We are looking for a freelancer who is capable of taking completed HTML websites (or PSD customized theme files) and converting them to Wordpress.

Web development requirements (required skills)
1) Able to write XHTML 1.0 Strict/Transitional compliant markup (HTML5 knowledge is beneficial.)
2) Able to write CSS 2.1 compliant style sheets (CSS 3 is beneficial)
3) Able to code in PHP.
4) Able to write MySQL statements within Wordpress.

Wordpress requirements (required skills)
1) Must be able to create new post types
2) Must be able to create and implement custom menus and drop downs.
3) Must have experience customizing plugins.
4) Must be able to manipulate image sizes and create custom image sizes.
5) Must be able to enter information into Wordpress through the administrative CMS.
6) Must be able to create a new theme from a customized PSD template.
7) Must be able to update theme files including PHP updates.

Wordpress additional skills (optional)
1) Familiar with Shopp ecommerce plugin
2) Gravity Forms
3) User Role Editor
4) Smart Youtube
5) Advanced Custom Fields
6) Theme by Browser
7) QR Redirect
8) Post Types Order
9) WP Page-Navi
10) WP Migrate DB
11) User Access Manager

Other requirements
1) Must utilize our hourly tracking software (may be independent of billing/payments).
2) Must sign a NDA covering all projects
3) Must sign a non-solicitation agreement on all projects

Budget and hours are based on the size of each site.  Average sites have roughly 8-10 pages and 2-3 blog type pages.  Some sites will require tweaking of the markup and styles to make them function well within Wordpress.
