Freelance Web Designer/Illustrator for Ongoing Collaboration

Hi there! We are a private tutoring company from Australia looking for a talented web designer/illustrator for ongoing collaboration. The first project is creating a single-page product tour of our product/service. Stylistically speaking, we are thinking something along the lines of this: http://sicanstudios.com/design-process/  (both in terms of visual quality, as well as information design). You will need to be proficient in making stunning mockups using Photoshop/Illustrator as well as converting these mockups to HTML/CSS. (bonus points if you know your way around basic PHP/jQuery)
