Front-end Web Developer (JQuery, AJAX), possibly back-end (PHP)

Budget: $1,000 to $2,500

Looking for front-end web developer to develop interface for post/comment web application. This is a freelance/contract position. Preference will be given to USA, New York based developers.
You will need to develop code based on the designer's mockups and pre-defined specifications. Functionality of the app will closely resemble Facebook wall application.

Expert in HTML, CSS, JQuery, AJAX
Knowledge of PHP (This can lead to the back-end work on the same app)
Knowledge of CakePHP 1.2 framework is a big plus
Must be available to work on the project now through April
