Senior Web Developer w/Ruby on Rails (Atlanta, On site - NO EXCEPTIONS)

Budget: $2,500 to $5,000

Infosurv seeking an senior level web/mobile application developer to work as part of a small team developing proprietary web and mobile based applications in the market research space.  
The position will be full-time contract (1099) and will be working primarily on-site with the possibility of some telecommuting once we feel you have a firm grasp on what we do and how we do it.  
Our environment is playfully professional and our dress code (for the tech team) is jeans and t-shirt casual. Because we are a small organization we require people who can come in, hit the ground running and develop "outside the box" solutions quickly... and we - as a result - can be very flexible in terms of the technologies we can employ and in our solutions development process. In other words you will have the opportunity to work with a lot of new/different technologies as well as have the opportunity to help shape the future of our business.  
So what are we looking for, you ask? 
Hard (must-have) skills:- HTML (4 and 5)- CSS (2 and 3)- Ruby on Rails- Javascript/JQuery- MySql/PostreSQL- PHP- Git (GitHub)- Linux Command Line [multiple flavors, but primarily Ubuntu]- Excel (Advanced)- UI/UX Skills including Visio or Omnigraffle for wire framing/prototyping, Photoshop, Responsive Design and Cross-browser compatibility
Additional skills that will speed you to the top of the list:- The ability to think outside the box (creative problem solving)- The ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical people- MongoDB/CouchDB- Heroku- CakePHP or CodeIgniter- Experience with the Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Salesforce API's- Experience with Objective-C or other mobile app development languages or frameworks- MS Project or Merlin- MSF or any Waterfall Development Process
