Wordpress Theme for a recipes site

Budget: $100 to $500

Hi all,
I have to redesign the actual wordpress theme of a recipes site.I’m looking for a senior wordpress developer to explain the several requests I need to apply. 
I list the main requests:
- the general layout must be similar to a magazine wordpress theme. More or less like volt theme or goodnews theme seen on themeforest.net - integration of the plugin getmecooking in the article post layout- optimization and performance. it has 9000 unique visitors a day
- SEO- other plugin integration like List Category Post, WP facebook like - No timthumb utilization.
