Basic but stylish site needed

Budget: $100 to $500

I am looking for a basic website for a new venture here inthe UK. The site must be able to take payments through paypal or sage or any simular payment scheme. I am hoping for a very quick turn around on this site as i have other ventures to get sorted soon after.

I have a good idea of what i want and have some examples of sites and functions i like on various sites. The designer can be from anywhere but i would need to discuss the design and function of the site via Skype so a good level of english speaking and understanding would be needed.

I have a more detailed design brief available for interested designers to consider and provide me with a quote.
