Wordpress Plugin Developer

Budget: $100 to $500

We would like to be able to increase some functionality on our internal side with a trip logistics plugin for WP.  Requirements:

• - Add a new trip or incident
  
• - Add in all the features/cost of the trip (both new and predetermined items: pick up from airport, conference room rental, food, hotel, etc)
  
• - Attach or associate some contacts to the trip (another User or CRM plugin might be used here?)
  
• - Generate a report that shows: the estimated cost, the actual cost, and a run down of the trip in chronological order with a contact page for each vendor used.
  
• - Use a status system for each trip: Draft, Pending or Approved
