Seeking a highly skilled HTML5, JavaScript, CSS developer to build a cross-platform app. Most show previous work developing mobile apps for iOS, Android, HTML5, etc. Experience with PhoneGap a plus.

Qualifications:- HTML5- JavaScript (JQuery and other libraries)- CSS- Must live/work in the USA
Position Type:Freelance – Set projects with dedicated amount of hours per project and budgets.
