Illustrator, sketch of realistic scene/people

Budget: $100 to $500

I need an illustrator to create some sketches of a cafe scene with 12 characters chatting in small groups as well as separate individual 'profile' sketches of 10 people. 

The illustration can be created in whatever format you like to work in but should be delivered as a high res (300dpi) pdf file A4 or letter size. It needs to be finished to a level of clarity and detail that I can then easily work from. I will trace and 'ink' and add 'speech bubbles' and typography using Adobe Illustrator. The illustrations will form a part of some language learning products that I am creating.

I will provide the following:


Cafe scene

• Very rough sketch of the proposed cafe scene composition
• Profiles on each of the characters
• Photographs of people who are similar to the character that needs to be drawn. Note these cannot be simply traced, the sketches must be amalgams of real people.
  
• The dialogue that characters in the cafe scene will be saying (via speech bubbles which I will add later)
