Ecommerce Store Developer/designer/seo

Budget: $1,000 to $2,500

Need store built asap. Last guy was using magento. I have mockup(needs a little work)maybe logo redone. I have some files from the job.I already have domain name. I need the best all around shopping cart,cms,seo. Must be honest,take pride in work,and know what you are doing. I hate to be lead on,and to be lied to. If you dont know something,do not talk yourself up.I need this finished asap. I really like/want close communication during this process. I have around 1000 products at the moment,and that part would be timely. It may be that I just do that part by myself due to cost,or hire someone seperately for that. This has to be 100% owned by me, and managed easy. I would like to maybe have extra seoing monthly package or one time pack if  I can afford it. I still need good hosting so suggestions on that welcome. These are some adult products, therefore it is considered high risk, so I am having a hard time finding where to get a merchant account, that also integrates with  site. Suggestions on that also. May have to just go with paypal, but rather not due to cost. I have a cost limit of 1500.00 due to past developer. I have been waiting 3 months on this.  Thank you, Alisa
