Well Rounded Web Guy for Frequent Tasks

Budget: $2,500 to $5,000

I am a web designer dabling in whatever my clients need or whatever I feel fits their project. This almost always includes something dynamic like a database, wordpress or one of my many custom written apps. I generally work with linux, Apache, Mysql, PHP, Perl, XML, CSS, HTML, jQuery/javascript and some photoshop. I am finding the need for assistance on a weekly basis. I don't need to post specific jobs each time I need help. I need someone I can send a partial task to. i.e. I may provide a stylesheet and a code base but need a server side validating email form created (using the scripts I already use). Over time the person helping me will be more familiar with my process and will be able to knock out tasks quickly. I may ask you to setup a new wordpress site on my cloud server or debug some jquery so I stress the terms 'Well rounded' I am not looking for a specialist in any one area but I would consider a 'programmer' and a 'client side scripting/markup guy'. I generally like to pay every 2 weeks via paypal or per task when necessary. I am reasonable and easy to work with as long as the code works in moden browsers and ie7+ (I'll let a few ie7 bugs slide). Most of my hardcore apps are written utilizing mod_perl so I am not looking for a PHP only guy either but could use someone to assist with standaolone PHP apps when needed. I guess what I am getting at is that I need 1 to 3 people I can work with regularly that wish to grow as my company grows which as of right now is a one-man operation.
