PHP Repairman

Budget: $100 to $500

I have several websites built in PHP that were built poorly. They work, but are far from optimized and organized. The clients want items added to them now, and I need to hire someone to add the requested features, and perhaps cleanup some of the coding where necessary.

Obviously, organization and proficiency are important, but the MOST important factors for me are the ability to communicate well, and deliver ON TIME. I have had several freelancers work for me that could deliver awesome products, but never on time, and often after many hassles.
