Freelance Illustrator for Cartoon Job

Budget: Less than $100

I need a cartoon-style mascot for a current web project: a cookie very much like this one:

The requirements:

• cartoon-style-cookie very much like the example given above
• no legs, just eyes and maybe arms
  
• vector file format (AI preferably) with transparent background
• one cookie character in the very style of the one posted above
• royalty free, exclusive design
• transfer of copyright
  

If we come to an agreement, I might order some more works (separate orders!) with the very same mascot posing in different 'scenes', e.g. cookie holding a sign with some text, cookie in a cookie jar, cookie with a sad face, cookie with a happy face.
