We are a agency located in Canada who is looking to develop a longterm relationship with an SEM/SEO Expert who is very involved with his work and this industry. This individual will do the initial leg work for the creation of niche market websites. These websites will be providing real value and are not intended to be 'content farms'. We are focused on putting to market valuable niche information, services or products. The position is on an on-call basis (freelance) and jobs/projects shall become more frequent with time and proof of quality or work.  General applicant requirements:

• excellent communication skills and is perfectly fluent in English (spoken & written)
• is located in a North/South American timezone
• is extremely reliable and organized, delivers on time
• is available by email and Skype for live chats/meetings
• works on a high-speed Internet connection

Applicant must possess these skills:

• expert SEO knowledge and is up-to-date with SE pagerank algorithm rules
• has a superior sense for business & marketing, ROI and Web markets
• has a profound understanding of ROI and analytical approach to determining potential markets and finding niche markets
• has lengthy experience using Market Samurai, Wordpress, All In One SEO plugin, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Tool, and any other related web optimization tools
• has lengthy experience using Google Adwords and Facebook Ads platfrom
• has lengthy experience with affiliate links

Applicant tasks will include:

• determining viability of Web Startup ideas (provided by us) through SE traffic, market competition, analysis & keyword research
• researching & finding niche market keywords and keyword phrases (longtail)
• supplying recommendations, reports and analysis on specific niches
• delivering periodic reports on progress of on going projects/campaigns
• optimization of website content and web pages to improve search engine results and pagerank, on a needed basis
• setting up Facebook pages to market new Startups
• consultation on demand
