Lead developer For Large Scale Project

Budget: $10,000 +

We seek for experienced web architect/developer to help build large scale web projects, starting from next generation service search platform.
(Position offer is for senior developer who will lead development team, but in case You do not have managerial experience, You can apply as specialist in object oriented programming. Please note, that in such case not all responsibilities will apply).

Compensation for work includes: competitive salary, KPI based rewards and stock options of the company. Compensation will be discussed individually and updated upon completing certain major milestones of our company.

Responsibilities
a)Development strategy:
- technical description;
- minimum viable product development and scaling plan;
- etc.
b)Leadership/management of development team:
- setting tasks and development milestones (together with managerial team);
- ensuring high performance of team members;
- etc.
c)Back-end development*:
- Developing and/or customizing modules for logic side;
- Developing database.
d)Technical expert on strategic decisions of the company:
- Working closely together with Head Product Development Manager and managerial team to provide valuable information regarding technical execution of company goals.

Background, Required Skills and Abilities
a) Team management experience;
b) Accurate estimation and milestone setting;
c) Programming experience:
- expert in one, or more of object oriented programming languages: PHP (object oriented programming), Python, Ruby, Scala;
- expert in database development.
