Pleaseread the entire listing before applying… Hollywood Hills based film studioseeks extremely motivated and highly dedicated full time PHP/HTML web sitedesigner and SEO professional to build 40-50 mini sites per month and implementSEO tactics that we will advise you on, including on-page optimization and off-pageoptimization/back linking to our web site. The 40–50 mini sites will mostly consistof templates with cut/paste text and image changes. We are currently in variousstages of 200 of our own sites. In addition to our own sites we work on 10 to 25client sites per month. This is a very demanding job and not for every one. Youmust be able to work an 8hr day minimum for at least 5 days per week. You mustbe able to communicate with us via “Voice” Skype the entire 8hr day. Again “Voice”Skype and not Text Skype. There will be heavy correspondence with me and my twoassistants in order to maintain efficiency and to avoid tasks needing to beredone. You will not be left alone to work at your own pace. This is a fulltime position with a base pay per month plus bonuses for task finished earlyaccompanied by a deduction in pay if task are not completed on time. This meansif you do not meet my deadlines you will take a pay cut from your monthlysalary. This also means that you will make more than our agreed upon salary ifyou finish the task before our agreed upon deadline. Your everyday taskwill include but are not limited to: Completing 2-3 mini sites per day implementing on-page SEO on several pages per day Researching and obtaining 30- 50 keyword anchored text back-links to thesepages per day without the use of automation or link farms. 30- 50 directory submissions by hand and not automated. 30- 50 blog entries again by hand and not automated. Creating 10 to 20 Squidoo lenses and Hub Pages per day.

Please keep in mind that all content and blog entries will be provided to youand the above tasks will mostly consist of fast copy/paste type of work.
