After finding some fantastic designers on here, I am now looking for a fantastic php or ruby on rails developer to develop a teen advice community site.
I am looking for an ongoing iterative design process. We will communicate in basecamp and we’ll work originally on a fixed cost basis, but can then move to per hour if you would prefer.
In its first stages I am logging for a login and basic posting and replying functionality. Second, third, fourth stages will follow immediately, based on user feedback
You need to be incredible at what you do, able to communicate, feedback and work quickly and a web obsessive like me.
